Home Use Virtual Reality Systems
After nearly 20 years of building and customizing virtual reality experiences for museums (e.g., The Johnson Space Center and NJ Aquarium), sports teams (e.g., Cincinnati Reds and Houston Astros) and corporations (e.g., AOL-Time Warner and BMW) we have decided to build systems that allow home users to immerse themselves in virtual worlds.
Our systems provide stimuli for:
- Your eyes. The use of 3d stereoscopic shutter glasses and 3d graphics processors allows each eye to see a slightly different image and combines them for the 3D effect.
- Your ears. Our force feedback, noise canceling headphone/mic combo allows you to "feel" the special effects in the game.
- Your head. An infrared tracker lets the system know which part of the screen you are looking at and moves your view of the environment to match what you are looking at.
- Your body. A tactile transducer (bass shaker) attaches to your chair and transfers the low range sounds of the games into vibrations so you really feel the engines, explosions, etc.
The combination of these stimuli, along with you allowing yourself to forget the real world and lose yourself in the virtual one, makes for a remarkable experience.
Our systems come with the following experiences:
- The lunar lander experience being played on our simulators at the Johnson Space Center in Houston.
- An exhilarating roller coaster simulation with amazing detail.
- A DVD with 18 3D ride films.
- Installed software that allows you to watch your favorite movies in 3D.
- Microsoft Flight Simulator X or your favorite role playing, fantasy, action/adventure or first person shooter all set up and ready to play on your system.
Systems come with the following hardware:
- Internet-ready PC
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Headphone/Mic combo
- 3D Shutter Glasses
- Head Tracker
- Chair-mounted Bass Shaker
- Choice of Joystick (recommended if choosing Microsoft Flight Simulator X) or upgrade to a Laser Gaming Mouse

Upgrades:
- Joystick/Throttle combo as shown - add $150.
- Professional flight yokes and rudder pedals available. Please call for options.
- 19" flat panel monitor - add $400.
- 2 player arcade control panel $999.
- Custom desks (as shown above) and VR stations are also available.
Our arcade controllers are made of genuine arcade/simulator parts which will last for years, unlike the cheaper models on the market which have a painfully short life span.
