AMUSITRONIX ITEMS TO BE FEATURED ON LIPSTICK JUNGLE

Filmed over 3 days in September, the pivotal scene involves a lavish party at the New York penthouse of a millionaire. NBC turned to Amusitronix to provide quality sports entertainment items for this upcoming episode. As one of the industry leaders in virtual reality and sports stimulator games, Amusitronix was easily able to provide exactly the kind to “toys” that a millionaire would host at his swanky affair to impress his guests. Radar Baseball and Tennis cages, Air Hockey and Pop-a-shot Basketball, all very popular items for corporate events and trade show entertainment, were professionally installed and manned by the Amusitronix VR team. Also featured prominently was the wildly popular Standard Golf Simulator, a state-of-the-art item that provides a complete swing analysis.

Steve Hillanbrand, Director of Sales at Amusitronix, said about the taping, “We were thrilled that NBC decided to feature our Virtual Reality game simulators in the show. While the games are really much better in person, the opportunity to see characters on TV experiencing these games for the first time should really demonstrate to viewers how far the technology has come. Plus, it is a heck of a lot of fun too! I think they really enjoyed it.”

Lipstick Jungle is the popular Wednesday night series follows the lives, loves and careers of three female friends in NYC. Much like the now legendary “Sex and the City”, this sexy drama follows three high-powered ladies as they weather the ups and downs of life and stars Brooke Shields, Kim Raver and Lindsey Price in the lead roles. The episode will air in October 2008 on NBC.
